Terms and conditions of use

These conditions are applicable on all deliveries. Each order involves explicit acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Goods are sent at the expense and risk of the client to the delivery address given by him.
If the product delivery is not possible, the contract is automatically terminated. The sellermust notify you in writing before expiry of delivery period. In case of partial delivery, eachdelivery shall be deemed a separate sale.

Prices are correct at time of publication, after which they are subject to change. Shipping charges are not included in the prices listed and will be added to the total amount at the time of shipment of the order.

The buyer has a period of 14 days to return, at its expense, the product he ordered, without penalty and without giving any reason. This period runs from the date of delivery of the order. The product must be returned in its packaging and its original packaging.

Complaints or disputes must be submitted within 14 days after delivery by registered mail,on pain of forfeiture. If the complaint is substantiated, our liability is limited to the exchange of goods. Any liability of the seller is limited to the amount of the order paid.

The seller retains ownership of all goods until full payment.

The seller is not responsible for advice given by him, misprints and shells on the website or technical data submitted by suppliers or producers.

Only Belgian law is applicable to these terms and conditions, particularly the courts of thedistrict of Leuven.
